Enhance your Teacher Training in the New Year, February 2015

Start 2015 by taking the opportunity to enhance your Garuda training skills. Our two London courses each focus on one area of Garuda, helping you enhance your discipline. The aim is to help you evolve into a teacher of deep understanding, capable of nurturing students and teaching them the special gift of being both spiritual and physical.

Garuda draws its influence from Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Dance, amalgamating different types of movement into a vast yet cohesive repertoire, complete with a unified philosophy and defined set of principles. We’ve developed comprehensive apparatus and matwork syllabuses to challenge practitioners to take their practice to a whole new level. All classes have a definite rhythm and flow, working on mindfully increasing strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance. We pride ourselves on our training programme.

Garuda Apparatus Foundation

A complete movement repertoire, including the very latest material developed for the revolutionary Garuda apparatus. The Garuda Apparatus is unique in its versatility, flexibility and precision of movement. The Foundation syllabus provides a new and improved way to isolate muscle groups and break down motions into targeted moves.

Garuda Matwork Foundation

Garuda Foundation Matwork is a Pilates-based system that builds gradually from the micro to the macro. Here movements start first by isolating individual muscles, then move on to the myofascial lines they belong to. This gradual formulaic approach makes it especially effective for people with dysfunction or imbalances.
