Enjoy a day of pure inspiration and reinvigorate your teaching style by experiencing all the differing teacher training programs we offer! One full-packed day which is an ideal introduction if you are considering our teacher training program.

At Garuda we pride ourselves on our extensive repertoire on Apparatus, Matwork, Barre, and other auxiliary equipment. We use Pilates, Yoga and functional training as our base. Our trainings are innovative and we constantly encourage our trainees to think out of the box. Our Garuda Inspiration Day is where you come and train in all these aspects. You are introduced to our philosophy and movement disciplines. A day of work, play, encouragement and fun. We’re here to make the difference.

*Please note we will have a staggered start in order that everyone has a class on the Garuda Apparatus
