Pregnancy is a wonderful time to practise yoga – as the body adapts to the many changes that pregnancy brings about, practicing yoga during pregnancy provides you the space and opportunity to focus and connect with your baby, to offer support, help and advice to common ailments and concerns that pregnancy brings about, to prepare you mentally, physically and emotionally for labour, birth and beyond as well as assists your body in cultivating inner strength through mindfulness of breath and body awareness.
All pregnant women are welcome, including new and experienced yoga students. Our pregnancy yoga classes offer a safe, effective and integrated form of yoga, carefully adapted for you to practice from fourteen week of pregnancy up to the birth of your baby.
