Studio Orchard retreats will be hosting a yoga retreat the beautifully architect designed private homes, with twice daily mind body movement practices which incorporate; yoga, qi gong, Garuda, gyrokinesis, transformational breath work, creative visualisation and simple meditation.
With a private chef on site, we offer nutritional coaching and support and a personal trainer who runs 3 high intensity functional fitness training sessions in addition to a guided island hike.

There are freshly extracted juices, plenty of water and alcohol is available in the evening for those who wish to mindfully and consciously indulge, some do, others choose not to.
