An innovative and functional workout using the Pilates principles and repertoire to instigate bilateral symmetry and stability of the pelvis, whilst creating strength and functionality in the lower and upper body.

This class is more of an exploration of the garuda method and principles and how we use the principles within the brick repertoire. If you want a strong workout, please try another class.
