Garuda conditioning is a Pilates-based system devised to bring your mind back into exercise while making your body the leanest, strongest and most flexible it has ever been.
Class Duration: 60 minutes
Equipment required: You will need an exercise mat or a soft surface to lay on, ankle weights and a yoga brick or a sturdy book.
