Work on strength and flexibility with James, applying the Garuda principles to reawaken your body with the help of small props.
Class duration: 60 – 75 minutes with a 15-minute breathing section to start
Equipment required: You will need small props such as bands or ankle/wrist weights. Bottle water or tins for weights and belts or scarves are great alternatives!
