Description
An innovative and functional workout, using the Pilates principles and repertoire to instigate bilateral symmetry and stability of the pelvis, whilst creating strength and functionality in the lower and upper body.
Class duration: 60 – 75 minutes with a 15-minute breathing section to start.
Equipment required: You will need yoga blocks or sturdy books
