Join James for a strengthening yet calming seated workout. Garuda Dhara will allow you to discover the root and the essence of your movement, flood you with the confidence to move and encourage you to cherish the joy of stillness.

Please note this 90-minute class includes a Kriya (Pranayama) breathing section at the start.

Equipment required: You will need a chair or stool to perform the exercises, preferably with a padded top for comfort.
