Coming with a medical background, Catherine is aware of what a body needs. Having experience with people who suffered all kinds of injuries, she knows that preventive medicine can help minimising the risk of injuries, as well as help with faster recovery.
Proud mom of four children, her desire to keep healthy and strong is what initially brought her to pilates. After having taken classes as a student, she decided to qualify as an instructor, to combine her anatomical knowledge with wellness, listening, and caring.
Originally from Montreal, Canada, Catherine can teach in both French and English. A Certified Polestar Pilates instructor, she offers a dynamic and well balanced experience. She continues to improve her skills and knowledge of pilates through ongoing training and workshops with renowned pilates professionals. She has special expertise in pre & postnatal, as well as clients with osteoporosis issues.
Catherine believes in the importance of creating a positive movement experience for clients to encourage them to move in a pain-free and safe environment. Her classes are varied and adapted to individual needs. She wants her clients to optimise the time spent exercising, whether for rehabilitative purposes or general conditioning.
