Jana is a Fully Certified Stott Pilates Instructor ( Advanced Level- L2 , Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Barrels, Injuries and Special Populations ), Athletic Conditioning and Performance Enhancement Specialist and Registered Pilates for Dancers Practitioner-Dance UK.
Early teens start of professional dance career meant early Pilates practise for Jana to prevent injury and maintaining good and more stress free functionality of body movement,
Also being an ice skater and former Tae-Kwon-Do competitor enables her to understand dancers and athletes needs during and for Pilates practise specifically.
Jana has been teaching Pilates to people from all walks of life for 11 years, as well as dancers and athletes from National to Olympic rank, and likes to pass onto everybody benefits of this great method and help to improve people’s quality of life through Pilates practise. It is more then rewarding seeing change and those results with each individual as they progress and gain from everything Pilates method has to offer.
