Buff Bones® Instructor Training

Buff Bones® Instructor Training

Science. Movement. Motivation. Business. Community.

The Dutchess of Cornwall has made it part of her mission to address bone health. So can you! Join us this summer for the Buff Bones® Instructor Training with Rebekah Rotstein.
Three million people in the UK have osteoporosis – and they are often far younger than you think! Do you know how to safely train clients with low bone mass? Can you confidently offer group classes to and work individually with those with osteoporosis and arthritis? Have you been bombarded with questions on how to improve bone health?

Discover this medically-endorsed system for bone and joint health, endorsed by the former U.S. Surgeon General, and presented at last year’s International Osteoporosis Foundation Worldwide Conference.

The weekend course offers:

  • The Buff Bones® system with its research-supported design, methodology and foundation workout with modifications and progessions for any level
  • Lessons in anatomy, biomechanics and injury/conditions
  • Communication skills
  • One year free membership of online video workshops and marketing materials
