We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but we understand that buying online will sometimes mean that what you ordered isn’t quite right. We are therefore pleased to offer a full refund or exchange policy on all non-sale items. Sale items will only qualify for an exchange or credit note. All returned items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in perfect condition, in their original packing (if any) and with all tags and labels still attached. For your peace of mind we would always recommend using an insured method of postage, as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Unfortunately we are also unable to refund any shipping charges. With exchanges, your new item(s) will be despatched as soon as we receive your returned good plus any additional payment which may be required.
Online Memberships and Subscriptions
Please note that your viewing device will need to be connected to the internet via a reliable broadband, wi-fi or mobile data connection in order to view our streaming training videos. Should you wish to cancel your subscription prior to automatic renewal of your membership, you may do so at anytime via your account dashboard. If you choose to cancel your subscription you will continue to have access to the membership content associated with your subscription up until the beginning of what would have been your next billing period. To reduce the risk of injury consult your doctor before beginning any exercise regime.
Garuda Client Guidelines
Before beginning your exercise programme at the Garuda Studio you will be asked to complete a Medical Questionnaire and a Client Agreement. Without these documents we are unfortunately unable to allow you to train at the studio. Before your first session please arrive a few minutes early to fill in both forms.
Each training session is based on a 55 minute work out from the agreed appointment time. To be able to gain the most out of a session, the trainer asks that you are ready to exercise at the agreed time. If, however, you do arrive late, the trainer may not be able to extend the session past the scheduled time. It is vitally important that you try to get a message to your trainer if you are running late. If your trainer is running late your full session will be honoured.
All appointments must be paid for before the session. This will reserve the time that you have booked and will also help you commit to your training goals.
We operate on a scheduled appointment basis. Please remember that once booked all Garuda classes (privates, matwork & Garuda apparatus groups) are subject to a strict 24 cancellation deadline. If you are unable to attend please contact us immediately to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations without 24 hours’ notice will mean that you will forfeit your session and will be charged.
Regular Time Slots
If a regular time slot has been agreed with your trainer, then this time can only continue to be set aside for you if a fairly constant training schedule is kept. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to continue to hold these times if they are frequently being cancelled at short notice. In this instance, other times will be offered subject to availability.
