Buff Bones® creator Rebekah Rotstein returns to London to offer the widely popular bone and joint health course
Buff Bones® is an entire system of movement for bone and joint health. More than just a set of exercises, the system involves safe, bone-strengthening and balance-enhancing workouts to varying levels and different populations. Although the workouts uniquely help those with bone and joint concerns, they can benefit anyone. People with back and neck pain have found relief through the classes, as well as those simply looking to tone their bodies and improve their posture.
The Buff Bones® Instructor Training Course trains exercise professionals in the medically-endorsed Buff Bones® exercise system. The research-supported design of specifically sequenced exercises combines Pilates, functional movement, strength training, and therapeutic exercise with bone-strengthening and balance techniques.
In addition to information on bone and fascia, the course includes lessons in anatomy, biomechanics and special populations, along with verbal cuing and communications skills. It builds confidence in working with those with osteoporosis and arthritis as well as various other conditions. Discover why the Buff Bones® has been recommended by some of America’s leading health professionals including Dr. Christiane Northrup and the former U.S. Surgeon General. For more information on the course, visit www.buff-bones.com
Attendees receive a professionally printed manual with photos, anatomy, methodology, cuing, modifications and contraindications guidelines.
One year free Buff Bones® Membership is provided as well which includes online continuing education, marketing support and bone health society access.
