Buff Bones® creator Rebekah Rotstein returns to London to offer the widely popular bone and joint health course
Buff Bones® is an entire system of movement for bone and joint health. More than just a set of exercises, the system involves safe, bone-strengthening and balance-enhancing workouts to varying levels and different populations. The Buff Bones® Instructor Training Course trains exercise professionals in the medically-endorsed Buff Bones® exercise system. The research-supported design of specifically sequenced exercises combines Pilates, functional movement, strength training, and therapeutic exercise with bone-strengthening and balance techniques.
In addition to information on bone and fascia, the course includes lessons in anatomy, biomechanics and special populations, along with verbal cuing and communications skills. It builds confidence in working with those with osteoporosis and arthritis as well as various other conditions.
