Do you want to create more variation within your training and to be challenged? In this inspirational day you learn three different exercise techniques that are related. In one of the world’s most beautiful studios you will experience small group training that will alter your body.

Reformer: A versatile and great exercise for your whole being. Become stimulated and invigorated in Linda and Jasmin’s world renowned signature reformer class.

Yoga: Magnus’ yoga sequences are not only widely popular but also appreciated by many yoga teachers. His approach and expertise in motion analysis gives you active control and a balanced yoga practice.

Garuda: Become strengthed when Linda, Jasmin and Magnus, team up to teach an energy filled garuda matwork class.

  • 16:00- 17:15                 Class 2
  • 17:30- 18:30                 Class 3

Garuda Inspiration Day Sunday, April 2nd 2017

Breathing exercise and Garuda with James D’Silva

For the fifth consecutive year, James D’Silva, the creator of the highly appreciated exercise form Garuda, will come to Pilates Complete in Gothenburg Sweden.

Pranayama Workshop Observe and reflect on James’ long expertise in the breathing exercise, pranayama. You will learn step by step techniques to create more clarity and utilize your whole being and breath deeply. Learn to breathe for added relaxation and get access to more energy.

Garuda Brick Garuda training with yoga blocks. During the second part of Garuda Inspiration Day, you will use yoga blocks to help build and create space in the body. Yoga blocks are great aids regardless of the form of motion you’re practicing. James will guide you through Garuda movements that provide mobility, strength and balance.
