These workshops are open to instructors, movement professionals, dancers, and dance teachers and Garuda clients as an introduction workshop to the Garuda technique. Mat, functional training, barre and prop classes are included in the curriculum where new material exercises and information is introduced from an ever-growing practice. These intensive camps and inspiration workshops are informative as much as they are physically and mentally challenging.
