Garuda Foundation Matwork is a Pilates-based system that builds gradually. Here movements start first by isolating individual muscles, then move on to the myofascial lines they belong to. All of the exercises are systematically devised to bring your mind back into exercise while making your body the leanest, strongest and most flexible it has ever been.

After finishing this course you will get 1 month free online access to the Matwork DVD.

Master classes

Come and try the different aspects of Garuda, packaged in to a 5-day bootcamp, 2 hours a day.

In the Master Classes with James and you will have the chance to dive in to the Garuda world and feel it transform your body and mind. Energizing, fun and creative classes on the Reformer, Seated and Standing/Foundation, Foam roller (chakra), Bands (Mala), Bricks (Graha) and Barre.

There will be 2 master classes per day – with a break in between.

Time: 2.30pm / 4.45pm (Sunday – Thursday)
