The Teacher Training Foundation Matwork Course is a prerequisite for Garuda Seated & Standing Matwork. This course will be taught by Campbell McKenzie, Master Garuda Trainer and ex-Australian Ballet Principal Dancer.

Garuda’s results are striking. Building on the macro to the micro,working the Myofascial body system, resulting in increased strength, flexibility, co-ordination and endurance with a sense of wellbeing and peace of mind. Suitable for all movement enthusiasts.
