The Teacher Training Foundation Matwork Course is a prerequisite for Garuda Seated & Standing Matwork. This course will be taught by Carita Lesche, Garuda Trainer in Stockholm.

Garuda’s results are striking. Building on the macro to the micro,working the Myofascial body system, resulting in increased strength, flexibility, co-ordination and endurance with a sense of wellbeing and peace of mind. Suitable for all movement enthusiasts.

This training will be divided into 2 weekends:

Weekend 1: Date: 17^th – 19^th April

Weekend 2: Date:  1st – 3rd May
