A repertoire emerged that forced our yoga block functionalities and strengthened us. Be prepared to move, sweat, increase your pulse and breathing, open up the obstacles in your body and mind, revive, cheer and finish the lesson with a pleasant relaxation! At the end of the lesson you will be a family and your friends will be wondering where your smile and cheer in your face comes from. :)

GARUDA STANDING – James D’Silva

Garuda Standing focuses on strength, balance, stabilization and joint mobility. The motion chains in the system animate the myofascial lines by running them intensively. “I just wanted to say how much I've really enjoyed the Teacher Training course! Even though it was a virtual experience, it was still amazing and I learned so much from your wisdom. I know it must be frustrating for you not to be able to give any tactile cueing (I'm the same), but you are so clear with your words. That's an amazing gift, for which I'm forever grateful!”Eva Perdiki
