YOGA BRICK – James D’Silva

A repertoire emerged that forced our yoga block functionalities and strengthened us. Be prepared to move, sweat, increase your pulse and breathing, open up the obstacles in your body and mind, revive, cheer and finish the lesson with a pleasant relaxation! At the end of the lesson you will be a family and your friends will be wondering where your smile and cheer in your face comes from. :)

GARUDA STANDING – James D’Silva

Garuda Standing focuses on strength, balance, stabilization and joint mobility. The motion chains in the system animate the myofascial lines by running them intensively. At the same time, the extremities work with functional training, complex movements and core activation principles during the movement.
