About Eva

Born in Sweden and following several years living and working in the UK, Eva finally settled in France in 1985. Eva has over 30 years experiences in the fitness industry. As a world-wide presenter for more than 15 years, she now runs her own GARUDA-PILATES studio based in Ramatuelle, (St.Tropez), and a second studio in Nice since September 2019. Eva was a highly acclaimed international presenter across Europe, America and Australia (1990-2004) with a reputation for her excellent teaching skills, knowledge of the most up-to-date fitness techniques and unique approach in exercise-to-music formats. Today Eva has her own teacher training course, “Le Loft Pilates”, and is the Master Trainer of James d’Silva's GARUDA in France and Switzerland. Eva’s distinctive teaching style and education programmes are highly regarded throughout the fitness industry.
